Any good suggestions for Natural flea repllents? I've heard boiling lemon in water and then spraying the cooled down liquid on pups works. Are there any other flea repllents I can use on top of Monthly Advantage applications? :D |

wouldn't the doggies smell all sour with the vinegar mixture? lol :D |
A friend has never used commerical flea products....she gives her a yeast tablet every day. Says her dogs have never had fleas. |
Neem Oil / Neem Spray - many of the good pet food stores are now carrying it. :) |

nope, not after they dry. Thats why you gotta mix 50% water, 50% vinegar...i heard yeast does the trick too! |
lots of alternatives for flees ! if u research it u will find lots of things for flees ..not using chemicals and pesticides.. the vinegar 50 % and water 50% is a fast quick fix..but only temperary.. the vinegar mix is also a good rinse for the skin and hair.. best is acv but white will do. .. there is thera neem shampoo and neem spray to groom daily u spray it on the comb or brush ...note the neem has a bit of a nutty smell..not everyone likes it then there is the rosemary rinse from dr. weil steep rosemary in boiled water till cooled 1 tspn to 1 cup of water and rinse ur BBYKIN with that after u shampoo and brush out and u can use also this as a spray when grooming but flees seem to hate rosemary, lavender neem and many other herbs.. which helps to keep them away... most imortant is it is a routine to do the yard the pet and the house.. all at once to control it and keep it up.. we have been very successful ..as our Oliver can not tolerate all the chemicals ... HOPE this Helps WE HATE FLEES !:animal-pa:animal-pa:animal-pa |

I use a diluted mixture of water with tea tree oil. The fleas were really bad this yr and it did help. |
Fleas do not like eculyptysus spelling not right, but it cannot be used on cats. I found a websie advertising some stuff called cedercide and it sounded interesting. Fleas do not like cedar as well. |
