Hot spots...the reason? One of my babies has a problem with hot spots.....I've changed their food...grainless and raw. I've also been told that he may be allergic to chicken, so I'm taking him off all chicken products. Can anyone enlighten me on this condition. I'd appreciate any help.:cry8: |

Hotspots ! Hi ... Here is a link to some information on the hotspots... Hot spots in dogs - what is a hot spot - Article on Pets.ca :animal-pa hope it helps ur BByKIN :) |
My Skye has hot spots every fall. I dont know the reason(I think its the burmuda grass) but this has always helped them heal fast. Just pour some original regular Listerine on them. That will dry them up and has anti-bacterial/fungus properties to it. With Woody, the hair starts growing back within 2 weeks. He doesnt like the taste of Listerine(who does!!) so he doesnt keep licking it. |
