How much do they weigh?

Scaling at home may be okay but you won't be getting all of the plaque and they may look clean which can be dangerous because there is still hidden bacteria/plaque.
Well, I've been brushing once a day since I posted this and the green stuff is breaking up. Almost all of the green stuff is gone from Hootie's teeth now. And it's really only the very back tooth on either side and a little brown stuff on their canines, so I may have exaggerated slightly on the extent of their teeth problems. The rest of their teeth are white. Hobbs will be 3 in October and Hootie is 2.5 years old, so they are not that old. Hootie weighs 3.5lbs and Hobbs weighs 4.0lbs.

They also have some "add to water" stuff, but I'm just never quite sure about that stuff, you know? Thanks to Gracie2006 for the heads-up on these little numbers, they look pretty promising!! :D:D:D

I Love this and it WORKS! Simple...just put a capful in their water. It doesn't happen over night BUT it works!

Mine hated the petzlife so I'm so glad I found this!!!

Looks like a great product! The only problem with putting something in their water is, I have 4 dogs, 2 of which are labs who drinks TONS of water daily. I would spend a fortune putting this in their water bowl!

I've been using the Petzlife for a year, and Joey's two now, and at our last vet visit, the doctor said, I don't know what you are doing, but keep doing it because his teeth look great. I really think the stuff does work, but like I said earlier, it just softens the tartar, and you have to brush it away. If used early, it seems to prevent tartar from ever forming.

Thanks! I think it works, too. Like I said, Hootie's tartar has already broken up and has been coming off. I just need to stay more on top of their teeth! I would hate for them to lose them!
