Wellness or Artemis...which is better??? I've been feeding Artemis to my 7 month old for a while now, but have also heard that Wellness is very good. Anyone know which is better??? |
Their both 5 and 6 star foods with excellent ingredients... dogfoodanalysis.com...check it out! |

To the OP-- Both are considered 'quality' foods. (I feed Wellness as part of the diet for mine and am pleased with it.) The question is, which food is the best match for YOUR dog. What is best for one person's may not be best for the next. I would suggest trying them both for a while and determining which is best for him based on the results you see. |
I don't really go to that site for the reviews, more so for learning the ingredients of the foods. More protien as main ingredient, less/no grain/no corn and no by-products are what I look for. |

In any case...yes, I agree with you the ingredient list on the site is a very good source of info. :) |
I've looked at dogfoodanalysis and everything else...but I just can't really tell which is better between the two. Can anyone with really good knowledge of what good ingredients are look at the two and let me know. I would appreciate it sooo much. |
we just switched from ID perscription to wellness simple solutions wet and he loves it too. Not having luck with the dry because he favors the wet. |
Looking at the ingredients of both of them and comparing them, they are both good foods. I feed Lil Miss Maggy May Wellness Just For Puppy and will be switching to the adult version when she is old enough. |
I fed mine Wellness Puppy. However, they said they just "changed the packaging" but ever since that change, my pup hasn't been able to eat it. She also gained a lot of weight on wellness - which I'm not saying was good or bad. Just stating.....In all though, I was happy with it. |
We love WELLNESS, we have 4 dogs. 2 Brittney Spaniel, and 2 yorkies. They range in age from 11 years to 16 weeks and they all eat Wellness products. My personal favorite is the new Small Breed Adult. With the wellness puppy you need to watch how much you feed because the recommended amount is a bit high and some dogs will eat even though they are not hungry and gain to much weight. Our 11 year old Brittney is that way so it is all about portion control with her |
