can you heat the nature's variety raw food? someone told me you can, but i am not sure. if i can, how should i do it? |
I was told that if you have to heat it then you can put it in a ziplock bag and place it in boiling water for a few minutes. I have done that a few times when I did not leave it in the refrigerator long enough to thaw. Putting it in the microwave cooks out all of the nutrients. Hope this helps :D |
I have put it in a baggie and used hot tap water to thaw it out or just warm it up a bit. I've also put it in the microwave for 10 seconds to take the chill out of it. Mine won't eat cold food, so we have to warm it up a bit. Just make sure you don't cook it. That defeats feeding raw. |
