Why Arent Her Teeth Falling Out?
 
My puppy is 20.5 weeks and hasnt lost one tooth yet :-( shouldnt she be almost done by now? Should I be worried? Any Advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Aww poor Bindi! Are any of the loose? Meeko didn't start losing teeth till then either. I took away a lot of his soft toys and gave him a lot of nylabones. Have you given her bullysticks? They smell absolutely horrible but, they worked. I also got chicken tendons, they smelt bad but, not as bad as the bullysticks. They are 100% natural and digestible. The brand is Cadets paddy wacks if you wanna research them. I actually have an extra pack thats not opened if you want them. Meek's teeth are all out and I don't wanna give him smelly treats anymore. I also gave him a filled shank bone from a natural pet store in east delray. If you want I get pick you up some. They have a chicken or peanut butter filling. Anyway with all of those hard treats left out for him, he lost every teeth but his 4 canines in a month.

Most of mine start losing teeth at 6 months...my Pinkee is 6 1/2 months and she still has quite a few puppy teeth...I have had tinies go 8 months...

Holly was just finishing teething at 7 months (28 weeks). She ended up having 4 baby teeth removed when she had her spay.

I know J!! I was worried bc I remember u saying that Meeko had lost some already. I dont think any are loose though. ive stuck my finger in there the other day and checked. :-( Yeah, I also remember u saying that u got rid of her soft toys. I have to do that. she doesnt have many hard toys. I dont know how but shes LOST ALL of them :-/ So i have to go get some more. For that treat that you have, does she have to eat it on tile bc of its pungent aroma? lol will it get stuck in the carpet otherwise?

yorkierose and gracie2006- thanks, I was really worried that she was super behind schedule. by the calendar she will be 5 months on the 7th (but is 20 weeks if u count)

Hey! The tendons won't get on your carpet. Meeko wouldn always eat them in the living room on the carpet and the carpet is clean. It'll just make her breath a little stinky and the hair around her mouth. They're good tho, within a few days teeth were falling out. If youre by Deerfield or Boca let me know and I'll meet you and give them to you. You can decide if you want to try them. i'm definitely not gonna use them, so they'll just sit in the pantry until i toss them. I forgot to ask earlier, is her breath stinky at all?

Yea, want me to bring it by then? Can you do Tuesday morning again? Maybe 10 or 11. I messaged Ralphier too. Hopefully they can come so the 3 can play!
