Well, if they have elevated numbers, it definitely points to a liver problem, but you won't know if it's an extrahepatic liver shunt or if it's MVD (hepatic microvascular dysplasia). It's possible that it could be something else though. To find out if it's a liver shunt or MVD, a Protein C test would be in order. |
Exactly, and MVD is very controllable with diet, regualr testing, and medication. Sheila |

We use eagle pack holistic select duckmeal and oatmeal. It\'s made in Indiana. I\'m not sure it\'s the lowest of the low protein, maybe closer to the middle. It\'s also good for allergies. Good Luck~ |
