Paw licking GOOOOOD recipes...please :-) Hey My baby looks to eat... just like her Momma lol. Recently, however she doesn't seem to be enjoying her food as much. ATM she is on nutro choice, small breed puppy dry - but she just picks at it. Yet, whenever I cook for myself as soon as she smells it, she goes crazy... doing all that she can to get her some lol; and I feel bad for her; especially as my bf says i'm mean for it  Also, when we go to restaurants (thats me and my bf, not the dog lol) I feel so bad for her that we are eating such nice food and she has to put up with dried chicken and sorts. I said ALL that to say this... Anyone have any paw licking good :animal36 recipes I can make for my baby; or alternatively tasty dog food!? Thanks in Advance Tia and I look forward to the replies :animal36 |
I home cook but i don't make "receipes" per say (Suzy does and i hope she sees this.. she makes GREAT stuff) but if i'm making chicken breast... i USED to make layla one without the seasoning (she is allergic to chicken). If i am making fish i make her some without seasoning.. she gets beans or broccoli if we are having some and occassionally potatoe. But daily she eats boiled lamb or extra lean ground beef and some veggies. She used to get cheese on it but she is allergic to dairy too :p yogurt or cottage cheese makes a great snack that they LOOOVVEEE! |

I will defo try the boiled meat... do you buy a special cut, some beef can be really chewy |
Feeding homecooked will make her want kibble even less, so do you want to switch to homecooked entirely? If you do, I recommend talking to a nutritionist because most of the recipes I find online seem to be unbalanced. |
