gingivitis help? sadly tippy has gingivitis-since she was a year old. besides brushing her teeth daily do u guys knoe any other things i can do to slow down the process of her teeth falling out =( they are so wiggly (if thats a word) lol... |
Ellie had it too. She got some of her adult teeth pulled. The ones that are wiggly probably need to be pulled. I brush everyday and use OraVet once a week (first application has to be done under anesthesia). Is there a lot of tartar on them or not? Sorry this didn't get answered sooner. It got lost.:( |
I use Petzlife on my dogs teeth -- all 3 of them and have had great sucess with clean white teeth -- no tarter www.petlize.com |
im not sure if it's tartar, but there is alot of brown on almost every tooth except the front ones and the back ones...she swallows her food bcuz her teeth are too wobbly =( |
Sadly, it sounds like her teeth are very diseased. If they are brown, then she most likely has infection in her mouth. Has she been to a vet lately? Warmly, Deborah |
she had her teeth cleaned in the beginning of '07 |

Petzlife! I just wish my teeth were as white as Bella's!!:D |
How many of her teeth are wiggling? Did the vet mentioned pulling any? What have you been using to clean them and how often? |
Petzlife oral gel or spray is the way to go. When I started using it on my boys, they both had the beginnings of plaque on their teeth and bad breath. Now, their teeth are clean and white, and 95% of the plaque has disappeared. I highly recommend it. |
