do do breath(yuck) my new puppy is eatting cat litter!what should i do:confused: it has very bad breath! |
Keep the litter in an area that is accessible to the cat but not to your pup. My new pup was kept in an Xpen in the kitchen and still is when I cannot supervise him. |
We were just discussing this yesterday. You might want to check out this post. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=121027 |
My puppy was doing the same thing and he would even bring some of it to me as a present. Ugh!!! Well all the litterboxes are in my utility room so I got a board tall enough that Gleason couldn't get over it but short enough for the cats to jump over - Problem Solved. |
Wasn't there a post recently about one of our member's Yorkie getting sick from kitty litter? I would not let Lucy any where near ours and one of the first things she learned the word "no". We use the clumping kind and no telling what could happen to her if she injested it  |
Welcome to YT and congrats on your stinky little baby:D Murfee used to do that (and probably still does but we just don't catch him) We had to put up a barrier that he couldn't get thru but the cats could. Good luck. |
