Febreeze and Our Babies Is it okay to use Febreeze around our little ones? I normally never use it, but needed to know! Is it okay if it is used on their toys? THANKS!!! |
I would not use it on there toys it is chemicals and then they will put them in thier mouth. |
I use it to spray my carpets and furniture in my livingroom and bedrooms. When I spray the livingroom, I put the gate up and put him on the other side, then spray and let it dry before letting him loose in livingroom. I also remove his toys too so they don't get sprayed accidently. I just bought some today that's called Pet Odor Eliminator. They have it in the spray bottle and the air effects can. It smells pretty good too. |
I would let it dry before you let your pups on/around the area. I would not, however, spray their toys as they put these in their mouth. I just throw their stuffed toys in the washer and dryer if it smells. |
Thanks...I ask because I received some toys that were made and they were strong of Febreeze...so I was alittle worried. I think I will wash them in a mesh laundry bag in woolite -they are fleece. THANKS! |
I think just good old fashion soap and water and a tiny bit of bleach would be all you need. If you want a nice scent, just burn those candles. :D |

Am asking about the Febreeze being on the fabric already and if it is safe..I plan on washing the toys in Woolite to hopefully get the smell of Febreeze off of them. |
The smell of Febreeze makes ME sick. Also, it has been know to kill pet birds. I guess something that dangerous, I wouldn't use around my dogs - especially when there are so many other products out there. |
