Nose Licking I hope I am in the right forum for posting this. Two nights ago, Sadie was constantly licking her nose. Then, she would move her neck like she was trying to vomit. She did not make any noises. I took her outside an hour later and she ate alot of grass. I decided to give her 1/4 tablet of Childrens' Bendryl to make her sleepy, hoping that she would forget about licking, and it worked. The Benedryl idea was from my vet as she has had allergies in the past, but not now. This is the second time in four years that she has done this. Does anyone know why this happened? Thanks. Kate |
is it safe to give any dog bendryl or does this have to come from the vet l |

The dosage, etc., is all based on the size of your pet, and the condition of your pet's health. Please don't give benedryl to any animal without checking with your vet first. |
Benadryl is not a miracle medication . Before deciding to give medications to a dog , you should consult your vet . Some medications can do more harm than good . |
