Blue Buffalo Food Is anyone using Blue Buffalo food or have tried it? We just started using it and we are interested in hearing if anyone's babies like it and if you have any good/bad experiences with it! Thanks! |
i would highly suggest you take your baby off BB. Layla was on it and had chronic diarrhea for a month... they were involved in the recall as well (kitty food) http://www.itchmo.com/blue-buffalo-c...uppliments-332 because i have had a horrible expereince i would really really suggest you try another food.. any food sold at petsmart is not great quality. when choosing a food i look for one that has as MANY whole ingredients before they list "fillers"- a starch.. and BB only has two. all of that being said.. i know ppl on here who feed it and have yet to have a bad experience... |

I'm sorry Layla was sick from it and I really appreciate the information and link! We constantly change their food because like alot of Yorkies they get very picky and stubborn and won't eat! We will have to try something else! Thank You very much!! |

I myself have vowed never to get any food carried by petsmart or petco. I wont do it i wont i wont i wont I used eukanuba and im pretty sure i was hardheaded at the time and it showed on these forums. its all crap. its like eating mcdonalds everyday. Im tired of these big companies filling the public full of crap. As far as im concerned euk and purina are just as bad as the tabacco companies. If i were you id switch to a high quality grain free food without all those crappy fillers. I really wish you the best in your search and just remember, the higher quality food, the less you have to feed because they are rich with nutrients. |

I forgot to ask what you are feeding your babies to anyone who has replied? The cost isn't a factor for us, we have tried so many and we just want what is healthy and best. We also need them to eat it!! Thanks! |
I use orijen puppy right now and will be switching to orijen 6 fresh fish when roxie is at 9 months. |

I would LOVE it if mine could eat the premium foods, but they can't stomach them--it actually made one very sick and almost killed another. So what is "better" may not really be "better" for every dog. There is alot of trial and error to find what fits. You can contact most food companies to get free samples first. There is a sticky, I believe, at the top of this section with that info. |
Well we returned the Blue Buffalo and bought Canidae, hopefully this will be a better choice! They seemed to like it at dinner tonight! Thanks for the input! |
