Help With Feeding My Yorkie !!!!!! Hi How much food is a 7 week yorkie puppy to have, my puppy is only eating about 2 teaspoons at every feed time, which at the moment is early mornin, dinnertime, and tea time then a little through the night by her bed, its costing me a fortune because I am opening one tin and throwing half away because its been opened a long time, if this normal for a puppy yorkie thats fine ill just have to get on with it, i did want to try and introduce Burns mini bites because I have heard lots of good reports on the burns, but she was having none of it, i mixed them with water and mixed with Pedigree Puppy meat food and she turned away so with her being so young did'nt want to take any chances so i have left her on the pedigree puppy for now, so if anyone has any advice i would be very gratful..thanks vik........ Feeding Hi, I know your fustration with eating I also have a picky eater, Jack would go and sniff the food and walk away. I would cook for him and some times he would eat and some no. I would buy all these expensive food and try and nothing feeding time was Stress. But now I feed him (rather right or not) Purina puppy kibbles and I also have 3-schnauzers and feed them can food. Anyway Long story short put a little of there wet food in his kibbles, Then when Jack (yorkie) would go to there bowl all he has is kibbles.(ha) Also, at dinner time I try to feed him yerk from our plates, Hope this helps you Cheryl:animal-pa |
