Cracking sound... Parker has this occasional cracking sound when he bends his knees and at different times (like playing or jumping). I really don't know if it's like people when our joints crack or could he have a problem. He doesn't yelp or make any type of showing discomfort. Anyone ever go through this or have this happen?:justahug: |

I agree ... have the vet check it out. It may not be an immediate problem, but just something you have to be on the look out for ... good luck! |
Could be luxating patella. Yorkies are prone to them and can have different degrees of it. The knee slips in and out of the joint. Keep an eye on it and let the vet know on your next checkup. Good luck to you. |
He is 4 months old and I have just recently noticed it. I am not sure if it's in our health contract I'll pull that out now to check. Does anyone know if that hurts them? Too, he was the last "batch" she was an older women and didn't think they were going to be doing anymore, but I will inform her if that is the case. I feel like such a worry wort with my little furbaby. :( |
