| BLowry | 06-18-2007 06:29 AM | About the quick finder Just wanted to let you all know about the quickfinder (the new nail clipper). I just received mine and can't use it.
My Mom has a mini schnauzer and tried using it on her. Heidi is only 15 lbs so she doesn't have the "big" thick nails. Mom couldn't get the quickfinder to cut the nail without applying ALOT of pressure to the clipper. The clipper handle would not allow the pressure that my Mom needed to cut Heidi's nails. So....I tried it on Sadies nails (Sadie is my little yorkie) Sadie DOES NOT like having her nails cut and is very wiggly. The dog really needs to be still in order to have the light come on so you can saftely cut the nail. Sadie does not do this therefore making in impossible to cut her nails. The quick finder ended up costing me $40.00 with shipping....I just e-mailed petgadgets and asked for a refund. I have read good things about the quickfinder and some bad. I was so hoping this would work as it would have made it safer cutting their nails.
Just and FYI for everyone |
