Help, I need a "How To" Groom Kit or Classes like yesterday Hello, I would like to know if anyone has ever groomed their own yorkies and if you know of any grooming classes and/or kits for beginners in the NYC area that specializes in yorkies/toy dogs. My poor Nene' (spanish for boy) needs a trim desperately. His bangs are covering his eyes but not long enough to make a ponytail yet and his hair is getting matted so he doesn't like it when I try to brush his hair. I've been using Pantene 2 n 1 shampoo and conditioner for fine hair, but it doesn't give him any shine or prevent matting. Your help is greatly appreciated. Maria |
Grooming help We are new to Yorkies also, but in searching the web I found breeder/show shampoo and conditioners And it looks like they do not accomplish the tiny rubber band bare handed... use a hemostat like doctors do to accomplish stitches etc. Check these out http://www.yorkie.org/dogs/grooming_yorkies.html We will all be most beautiful soon. |
Get you some Cowboy Magic for those matts. I got mine on ebay that is a miracle and it will save your baby's coat. |
