you could use a slicker brush.. but they do pull some.. I try brushes and combs on my hair and if they hurt i do not use them or at least know how they feel to my babies. Crazy I know but it works... |
cowboy magic Its good but I think there has to be somthing better and I need a better brush dont want to by one till I get some opinions |
I had a great experience with the CM that I bought yesterday. I think the key is, to use a regular pin brush (NOT a slicker, those hurt:(!) and then to use a flea comb to get anything the brush missed. The CM helped me get out all the mats that my Luna has had since I got her a couple of weeks ago. Try brushing, then combing, and see if that is better. Apply the CM right to the knots, too, they should slide right out. HTH;) |
I use wig brushes.... They pull less nad since I stated to use them my dogs don't run at the site of a brush anymore. I was told to use them on my daughter cause kids don't like the pulling either. so I bought them and the dogs love them too. I send one home with every pup I sell as well in their puppy pack. Ask you hair dresser wher to get one in your area. I get mine at sallys beauty supply. Cause I buy bulk the manager there gives me a discount. not much but every little bit helps. I also use equestiran shine on my dogs.... theri website is www.trail-head.com I love this stuff cause after they dry their coats shine for about 4 days and the smell stays with them for about a week..... till the next bath anyway. I wait till they dry then brush them or blowdry then brush but never at the same time. the shampoo works real well for us. And again I love using it on the pups! Hope my rambling helped! |
I forgot to tell you IMO the horse shampoo smells better (its green apple) to me than the dog one (mulberry)! |
I think most here choose to but the Gold Series 20M .It is the smallest they have. |
