Does U're Babies Ever... For some reason Tiffanie bites on her own nails..Why I don't know, I trim them like every other week but I still see her biting them...She gets them to crack sometimes due to her biting them and then if she scratches she gets it caught in her fur, she did this today I had to trim her nails today anyway but I just wondered if anyones babies do this and if U know why? I catch Ahia doing this too. I don't know why. she mostly does it when we first get into bed at night. I just put a little solid deodorant on her paw and she stops right away. |
Doggy nail biting is a sign of nervousness or frustration. Be sure that your little one is getting plenty of exercise both physical and mental. |

Well I don't think Tiffanie is nervous or frustrated @ anything here except maybe her babies chasing her..The way they run here in the house with her and Teddy that would make anyone nuts!! LOL! They are hiper little things and her and Teddy can get just as hiper as they do! So maybe it's that??? She goes outside in the evenings and plays for I WILL NOT let them run & pay during the day in the hot 90 degree weather & humidity we've been having here. I don't want any of them getting heat stoke or heart attacks due to the heat. She's not doing it all the time just once in a while. But to me she shouldn't be doing it for I keep her nails trimmed. I don't know what it is but I'm sure she is fine and good and healthy! Hugs, Lee |
Hobbs bites his nails sometimes....I guess I need to take him on more walks. It's just SOOOOO hot outside here! And I my baby is still too young to take on walks (she is 13 weeks). I feel bad leaving her here and taking Hobbs. I guess she really wouldn't mind. I think I'll take Hobbs on a walk this afternoon! |
