Workin' on Grooming Supplies for my lil MiMi Mae
 

Hello all :)
Alrighty, so, Ive pretty much got everything together for my little MiMi Mae, all I have left is grooming supplies :) I have done tons of reading here about what everyone likes and have looked up some mentioned shampoos and conditioners as well. Its been a loooooooong time since I've bought puppy/dog shampoo. So, I wont be getting my little MiMi till May so I have plenty of time to decide :) I do almost all of this type of shopping online any way. I think the best way to start out would be samples so that is what I am leaning towards but I really want amazing smelling shampoo and conditioner for my little one that are the best for puppies. The ingredients of the shampoo and conditioner are very important as is how they smell and that the smell good staying power is good too, if that makes since. I just want my baby to smell amazing as long as possible :). I will be keeping my baby girls hair in a puppy cut as well, its my favorite cut for Yorkies, so any opinions on favorite brushes for puppy and short hair furbabies is much appreciated :). Im open to any and all suggestions and opinions for my little MiMi :)

Here are MiMi and her Momma and Daddy. MiMi is 4 weeks old in that picture, she will be 5 weeks old tomorrow :) and I cant wait because it's what my breeder and I call "Picture Day" because she sends me MiMi pictures every week!

So, here's what Im thinking...
Earthbath Puppy Shampoo
Earthbath Oatmeal & Aloe Conditioner
Earthbath Puppy Spray
Earthbath Puppy Wipes
Small Madan Pin Brush

I wont use the spray untill my MiMi is an older pup, or I guess I could just spray it in my hands and then gently massage it into her coat and then brush her. Im just really trying to curb my huge obsession with all the choices too. Lol :)

These are the items I like for puppies. ..

Petsilk Tearless puppy shampoo
Wampum conditioner
Wampum Grooming spray, everytime you brush or comb use the spray.
Espree facial cleanser
Two sized tooth comb or rotating tooth comb
flea comb . . for the goop in the corners of the eyes. I do it everyday when I comb and brsuh him. Keeps his eyes clean
pin brush
Huggies natural baby wipes.You don't need to spend a lot of money on wipes. These are great. And non toxic to them. I use to clean paws, private areas. .

Ooh! I love earth bath :) the green tea is a nice scent too and mango tango, that's one of my favorites. I agree with verbena that wipes do not need to be so very fancy (and omg earth bath wipes are so silly expensive) but I do like the 'boogie wipes' from the baby diaper section, right next to the huggies- they are saline nose wipes and they smell grape scented!

Great suggestions!!! Thank you so much! I decide against the earth wipes since I already by the naturals wipes for quick clean ups at home lol. I will never be without wipes :). I will definitely google your suggestions, thank you again. :)

Oh Im glad to hear you love earth bath :). Im sure I will try many of there yummy scents lol. I make candles so I love smelly good things. I thought the wipes were expensive as well, so I will be using the naturals wipes that I already buy on a refregular basis. ThooThose saline wipes sound neat too.
