Crappy cell phone pics. It's pretty short but his hair grows so fast so I'm not worried. He looks SO small now. Overall I like it. So much easier to clean him off after a pee break. I also trimmed the pee string down to one inch.
He looks adorable. I like his cut.

So freakin' adorable! What a great lion cut:) When I used to have long hair, and got it cut an inch, it felt like they took off 6. I can totally see why you feel that he looks too skinny now, but he looks so great. Good timing for Hallowe'en:) Cheers!

Our neighbor's Yorkie has a hairstyle like Toto, and he is velvety soft too! I love petting his back. It's like my brother's hair when he has it really short. It's surprised me that short hair would be softer.

I do pet my brother's hair! :p Is that weird? He has always been in love with his hair. :rolleyes: My other brother is more like, "don't touch the hair."

I thought the short fur cut on the back should match a short fur cut on the face. If you want it long on the face the back should have more fur on it. Just doesn't look like head belongs to the rest of the body. Am I mistaken? I do not know much about grooming but I have never seen a dog look like that with a long fur face and really short body hair.

It's an actual cut. It's called Modified Schnauzer cut. Also many poms are cut similar in summer. Like a lion cut. I've grown to really like it.

Seriously, no it's not weird, just hit my funny bone is all. Nothing meant to hurt you personally:animal36 You must love your brother very much. Lucky guy. This gives him great positive experiences with the opposite sex for sure! Cheers!

He is 49. :D He is a big boy and we nicknamed him Rambo. When he is sitting at the table, I walk by and pet his hair and tell him how soft it is. He is so vain, he loves it. If you knew us, you would think it is even funnier. I thought siblings were meant to make fun of each other (no matter how old)?! ;):p:D He has 4 boys with buzz cuts, and I pet their heads too.

OHHH, my bad then:( In all honesty, I think that the attention you give your brother is so sweet. It's nice to hear of a family being that close to do that. Funny that his kids have buzz cuts. Cheers!

No bad! You are making me laugh about it. We are closer than we give ourselves credit for. We have our funny routines. The dogs get a little jealous because they think all petting and attention should be reserved for them. :D

Sounds like our family! LOL...

When my stepdads hair is fluffy sometimes I pet it since it's usually all hard with gel and stuff, lol. My lil bro is 11 and I pet his head after a buzz lol.
