Zoe in a "Joey"? Zoe goes to see Roberto, her hairdresser, in the morning. Lately the velcro on her dresses has been getting stuck in her hair, poor thing! I'm debating the Joey. Right now she's light gray and black, but the black doesn't start until about an inch or two from the roots. She would leave here a black, gray, blonde and tan dog, and return gray and tan/blonde. Also, she has short legs and a loooong thin body. Any thoughts? |
Sorry I have no thoughts on this. I just think your first sentence is hilarious. |
Jen I can honestly say, I have not seen one yorkie yet that didn't look adorable in the "Joey". I will never go back to long hair. The added bonus is, if you dress Zoe a lot, with clothes on you can't even tell the body hair is short. I think she will look pretty in that style. |

My Tiki just joined the Joey/Zhoie hairstyle club and I LOVE it! Did it myself last night, and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. I was so afraid that she is too long and skinny, so I let her hair grow out full, but I am stunned at how adorable her lil body looks in this cut. Leaving her face & legs full really tops it off. I'll take pics when I finish up her face. My advice is, if you decide to do it, take some pictures from some of the YT threads, so you can show *Roberto the hairdresser* exactly what you want. I have heard this cut referred to as the "Personality Cut", and believe me, it does have some personality! |
