male hair cuts
 
i am looking for the most popular male yorkie hairstyle... females are so easy but I kinda sit on the fence with males, not sure if they can wear bows or not?

please help me!:(

Boys can wear bows but sometimes it is hard to get them to keep a bow in. My friend who is a groomer likes to put bandanas on the boys she grooms if they do not have a topknot. Here is a picture of my Shorty, taken a few years ago right after he was groomed by my friend.

wow he is handsome... did it take a long time for his hair ro grow out like that?

I think the haircut is mostly a personal decision... It should be based off of your lifestyle. Do you go outdoors a lot, or does your dog stay inside except to go potty?

I keep Couver pretty short because we are constantly on the go... We are always at the dog park, at the beach or on walks, so it is easiest to keep him short. I do however have him in a top knot. Yes, boys can wear bows :)

1. Couver with his shaggy puppy fur.
2. Couver lookin' a little shaggy, but still short.
3. His summer cut- really short.
4. What he looks like now... I'm letting him grow it out for winter.

we are always outside and on the go. right now Yoda has a shot hair style but I have seen so many. i didn't even know so many existed for such a small animal.so i was totally overwhelmed

He was about 4 or 5 years old in that picture. I keep his coat a bit shorter now. I like to cut it back more in the summer months and then let it grow out. What type of coat does your yorkie have? Does he have a topknot? Some of my boys I just put a soft scrunchie in their top knot.

his hair is really short now, his coat is very silky. he got his first haircut about 2 weeks ago

He is cute with medium hair and with short hair. Where was that 4th picture taken? Is that the Pacific Ocean?

Thanks! Yep, it's the Pacific Ocean. The picture was taken at White Rock beach in British Columbia, Canada.

I peeked at Yoda's pictures in your album. He looks cute in his short hair cut. For wintertime a you might want to leave it a little longer next time.

Here's how I try to keep Jackson. But in the winter, it's a bit longer (second pic style)

What a cute little trio. That Puggle is adorable. Jackson looks cute with his hair either way.

Isn't that Puggle the cutest, hehe? Jackson's my only dog, those were dogs we dogsat for 2 nights but he was the sweetest.

I put bows in Louis hair. I only put in masculine bows, you know blue, red...:rolleyes::D

i used to put bows in gatsbys hair i got basketball and football and solid colors but he would take them out
