So thanks to you, I have just ordered a calming collar and hope it works for him. The manufacturer does state that they will return the cost price if it does not. So nothing to lose. By the way I did try the Thunder Shirt, but that had no effect, but I hope the herbs do the trick. Thanks again, and I will update on how it goes.

I know this thread is a little old, but I wanted to let people know that I tried a calming collar and believe it or not, it works.
My little Dottie could not go 5 minutes in the car without throwing up. We tried medication and anything that we could think of to help her. Then I read in a blog about Calming Collars for dog anxiety and cat stress . I ordered a collar and what a difference it made! She is happier and so am I.
Just thought I would throw it out there!:p
