Help!! Travel with Chloe to Canada next month!!! Hi everyone, I am getting married next month in Vancouver B.C and thinking to bring Chloe with me there. We are flying there via air. So, I wonder what kind of documentation I would need to bring with me (so, Chloe won't have any problem crossing the boarder and coming back to the state). Thanks!!! |
When driving over the border with my dogs I carry documentation from my Vet that their shots are current. I would suggest that you call the airline and ask if they require any further documentation for travel. Congratulations and Best Wishes on your upcoming wedding. |
same as any international flight you will need to notify your airline and they'll notify the cdn authorities that there is a dog coming into the country. you'll need health certificate and $40ish because there will be an inspector checking the dog once it arrives in the country. but theres no quarenteen period. they just check the certiicate and the dog and you're good to go. but this is at the toronto airport. im assuming whether bc or ontario it'd be the same. enjoy your trip bc's beautiful :) |
