V--I use photostudio, and it won't let me save as .gifs. I also have kodak easyshare, but I can't save as .gifs there either.

this is the program called the Net's FREE Photoshop - try it. Its called GIMP and will let you save gif files

you're very welcome :) :) but it's not animating - try uploading it again or you can do the password thing & I can put it into your settings

I got Gimp, and I have converted my files to .gifs, but then when I used the gif animator, it put a stamp on the picture :confused:

Do you know of any other freeware/shareware for gif animating that won't put a stamp on it. I tried both advanced gif animator and coffee cup and they both put the stamps on it.

Angiedoodle and Marty - here you go - :) :) When you get some new pics we can change them out for you - I got 5 pictures and reduced the graphics a bit to fit them all - what a little ham he is !!

Myzzbrat - did you get set up ??

Hi. V. Sorry the email didn't work. Here are the pictures of Layla. Can you keep the part of the avatar that says "Layla"? Thanks so much! My last avatar had 5 pictures and the one with "Layla" so i'll include 5 this time too.. if you can only use 4... just don't use the last one i posted. THank you SO MUCH!!

yes I am and here's some help to size pictures
To make sure your pictures are not huge and resize them...This is one of the easiest program on the net to resize your pics....http://bluefive.pair.com/free95.htm

Scroll to PixResizer

Download the program..it?s really small and very easy to install.. Depending on the size of your image you just have to click ONE SIZE (USUALLY 50%) or 460 Pixels and it resizes it for you... SAVE YOUR PICTURES AS JPEG?S or they will not show as thumbnails.

ONCE you resize and want to upload photos into a post ...

In your post, Scroll down and you'll see Additional Options
Click MANAGE ATTACHMENTS
Click BROWSE to find the picture on your Computer
Double-Click the picture....
click UPLOAD
Click Submit REPLY
