Sheila has started to experience some itching from the Oxy-so, she said she'd like to reduce the dosage, and just take 2.5 mg twice a day. Thank you for thinking of her & keeping her in your prayers. She has been eating a little better. God bless you, Dyan-you pray for Sheila and everyone that needs prayers. Love & Hugs, Rich & Sheila |

Sure glad she's able to eat a little and keep up some strength. I'm always thinking of you both and praying that life gets better and something can be found to help Sheila before long. You two have been so kind to me that you've become very important to me. Take care. |
Sheila and Rich, I am glad to hear you are eating better. I agree with all Jeanie said and sure pray and think of you both often. I know what prayers did for me when I was in the hospital and felt so comforted knowing these dear people had me in their thoughts. Love and Hugs, Dyan |

Thank you-I will have Sheila ask her DO about the Atarax at her appt. in April. She said one side effect of the Oxy she likes, is that it has increased her appetite. Jeanie, thank you so much, for always thinking & praying that life gets better, and something can be found to help Sheila. Her doctors all care so much about her-and they're working in unison to help her. Jeanie-you are such a sweetheart-it is easy to be kind to you & you are very important to Sheila & I. Love & Hugs from Sheila & I. Rich |
Just saw this, sending prayers for comfort and recovery for Sheila. You all are in my thoughts. |

Thank you-it makes me feel better to see Sheila finally eating better. Thank you so much for thinking of us and praying. Sheila and I have witnessed 1st hand, the power of prayer. When she was active in her Ministry, she visited the sick in nursing homes, and in the hospital every day. And she served at more funerals than she likes to remember. I'll tell you a funny story-Sheila was in ICU so frequently, visiting patients, taking them the Body of Christ, and praying with them-that they stopped asking who she was-they knew she was a Minister. One day, she had our former Pastor with her. They stopped him and said, "Sir, you can't come in here". Sheila smiled & said, "He's with me-he's my Pastor". He jokingly said to her, "How come you can breeze through the doors, but they stop me?" And she said, "You're not here often enough, and you're not dressed". (He wasn't wearing his collar.) Rich |

I'm just checking on Sheila and you and read that she's got a bit better appetite and am so pleased to hear that. Good for her! I'm thrilled that she's still able to take it and eat some. Progress! Hopefully, she'll feel better with that energy from the food and feel a little better. God bless you two and am still praying as always. Hugs to you both! :) P. S. Rich, how are you doing? |
I'm glad to read that Shelia is tolerating the oxy. For the itching you might want to consider coconut oil as a salve. If she is itching all over, don't wait for her April DO appointment. I'd call him now and ask for an Rx for the itching. Glad to hear she is eating a little better. She is going to need some extra energy in the future. |

Thank you-I believe, since Sheila is eating better, she will gain some much needed weight. Sheila is very special. She misses her Ministry so much, and prays that it is God's Will, that she will return to it. Thank you for praying that one day she will be able to return to it. Our former Pastor was so busy, and he said Sheila was his favorite Minister, so he left it to her, to visit the ICU, nursing homes, people at home, etc. He is a Missionary Priest, and he was away so much, that he got Sheila a special dispensation to hold Communion Services, on weekday mornings, rather than close the church. I don't know what it is like in other Diocese, but in ours, only Deacon's are allowed to hold Communion Services. Sheila went to our Deacon, and told him that she felt she was stepping on his toes, and he said, "No, Sheila, I want you to hold the Communion Services-you are here every morning, you're so dedicated, and I am busy at the Tribunal office 3 days a week". Thank you so much for your continued prayers. Rich |

Thank you-yes, Sheila is eating better! She did discover, early this morning, that she can not reduce the Oxy. She woke in the early hours of the morning, in major pain. I believe, soon, she will have more energy. She went shopping with me a few days ago-1st time in a ver long time. She came home exhausted, but she was happy to get out of the house. Thank you for always praying for her, Jeanie. You are always in our thoughts & prayers. I'm doing great-seeing Sheila eating, and not in as much pain. Hugs to you from Sheila & I. Rich |

Thank you-she discovered she can't reduce the dose of the Oxy. Woke in the night is severe pain. Thanks for the tip about the coconut oil. We actually have a jar in the house. She is not itching all over-just her back, and not all the time. Thank you-she has a very special reason to work hard to eat and improve her enery level. ;) Rich |
It's so good to hear Sheila is feeling better and eating more. Praying for continued improvement, sending Hugs and Love, K |
