I am just now seeing this and I pray that your mother goes to her final resting place with love, honor and the respect that all mothers deserve. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and hope for the comfort that she needs at this time. |

I've been there and we too though that there was no way my mother was going to make it home to us. She proved us all wrong !! Every day can make a diffidence and every day can be an improvement. Hang in there, just you being there for her is letting her know that she is loved and cared for. It really does do a world of good in times like these. |
mom Lyndzy is your dear mom on hospice. If not try to get this service for her. I work with hospice patients and it is all about bringing comfort to the patient. Hospice nurses are experts in pain control. If mom can stay at home and you administer the pain meds thats the best. They will tell you how to manage her. Pray over her and if she wants a minister chaplain to come do that. Remember this is not the end it is a transition a passing a very spiritual time. I believe in heaven and a god that knows when it is time. For you this is heartbreaking we all surround you with the power of prayer. The depth of love we cannot comprehend how great gods love is for mom. She is in his care god is in control . We grieve but have the hope of heaven. Jesus promises us eternal life no more pain and you will see your mom again. |

Lynzy I am so sorry that you are going through this, it is so hard losing a parent but most of all watching them suffer it just breaks your heart. I watched my Dad suffer till the bitter end and it is still very fresh in my mind. Dear Jesus please give lynzy's mother your peace which surpasses all understanding as you take her home to be with you, we know that you are a loving Father and you delight in giving us our hearts desire and it is Lynzy's hearts desire that her mother has your peace.
