Prayers for Boston Just wanted to start this thread because I am in total shock at how senseless some people of the world are. Praying for the families of those killed and for the injured, who are fighting to survive. |
Everyday I'm amazed at what this world's coming to, so sad. Such a senseless act against so many innocent people. :( Praying God will give the victims and their families strength. |
Very sad...also been praying for the victims and their families. |
Total tragedy. And as I don't actually do the act of praying. I will be thinking about them and hoping that things will get better, and even though it will be a long recovery (especially for the amputee victims), I hope they find the strength, to become a good example of living with this condition. And they find it in their heart to move forward, mentally and physically. And not lead a life of suffering, because of what evil minded people have done to them. And I hope justice is served for those who lost a loved one, that day. And that those that lost their lives, are in a good place and resting in peace. |
Prayers to all who have suffered in Boston, God bless them and give them strength. |
Praying for the victims and loved ones in Boston. Also, praying for our country. |
We watched in shock and horror as the events unfolded on the BBC.....again :( Special thoughts and prayers winging their way across the ocean to all the victims and their families - so tragic and so sad :( Sally x |
I hope to God this never happens again!!! It was an absolutely CrAzY day!!! Not only were there tons of people in the city cause of the marathon...but the redsox always have their opening day that day!! My husband was in the city waiting to take the train home from the game. He said he heard the bombings, but didnt know what it was at the time. And then realized the train wasnt coming and so he called me. The was the last contact before they cut off all the cell phone service! THANK GOD I managed to tell him to GET OUT of there and start walking towards the hospitals and I was heading there to get him! I will admit i broke probably every speeding and traffic law possible! But thank the lord i found him! My friend's son was near the second bombing and his foot is swollen, bruised, bloodied and shrapnelled. BUT thank god he still has his foot and is alive!! I pray for all the families affected by this. |
They have made an arrest or will soon someone is in custody!!! wooo hoo |
