Update
 

Sorry it took so long to update. My phone was dead, and I just got my computer. They have her levels down to 2500 now. We are still not out of the woods, because they said they should be 90. They have done an ultrasound and an MRI to determine what keeps causing this, along with a slew of blood work. When I know anything I will update you guys. Thank you so much for your kind words and prayers. They mean more to me than you will ever know.

I am still praying that for your daughter. I hope they find the answers as to what is causing this.

Still no test results. Her specialist comes tommorow so hopefully we will get some answers tommorow.

Sounds like a bit of good progress so update as you can. Praying and hoping the next update is even better. Hug that sweet girl for us.

Okay guys my daughters levels are continuing to go down. She is still requiring pain meds every 3-4 hours, but her levels are coming down. I also have a praise report. I have always believed things happen for a reason. Well Brianna has always gone through a lot health wise, and emotionally. Her bio dad was very emotionally abusive to her and she has been a victim of bullying at school. Well I have been praying for a pediatrician that could help with the health issues and to give me advice on who to turn to and how to help her with the other issues. Well while she was in here. I do not know how or why it happened, but only by divine intervention. Well two doctors came in today. A intern and another doctor. Well he was talking to her. He spent a good 2 hours with her, talking about everything. Well he left and I thought well he was nice. Then he came back and asked me if I had a primary doctor for her. I told him yes, but I have been looking for another one because I am not happy with her current one. He told me he was giving her a personal invitation to become his patient, and he thought he could help her. Well it turns out he is an adolescent medical specialist, and he is the only one in the whole area. I told him I believed he was the answer to my prayers. Brianna said she believed that is why she ended up in here, so she could meet him. She would have never met him otherwise. She said she just wished that God picked a less painful way for her to meet him.

Wonderful news that Brianna is continuing to improve and what a wonderful praise item..Yep God had his hand in all of this!!

It is wonderful to hear that she is improving. I am glad that you also found a dr that can help her. Sometimes things work in mysterious ways

I love to hear answers to our prayers. Prayer is so powerful and all through the bible the Lord tells us He hears us and will answer us. So many times I have handed over matters to Him and there it it-even little prayers like parking places or new dress. Just let Him lead you in everything and believe that He really loves you and is looking out for your good. I am so thankful for that good report. Blessings to your sweet daughter!

Thank goodness those levels are dropping though she sounds to still be in pain, bless her little heart. It is so wrong that our children know suffering!

What an amazing thing that of all the doctors this one walks in and takes all that time with her and then basically says he wants to help, become involved with your daughter's medical/emotional issues and problems by becoming her doctor!!! Having a man like that to talk with, help keep her medically sound and look up to could really help this child, given the bad things that have happened in her past. Our Lord and His children praying really do work little miracles in our lives even in the midst of hospitals and storms of all kinds. God bless you and this sweet child. I hope she keeps getting better and surprises everybody with her progress! Do they think she will be home for Thanksgiving? I pray so.

I am always so amazed to see how God intervenes in our lives. Who else could have worked out the perfect plan for your daughter's healing, both physically and emotionally. I was so excited to read your post and know that it will be a turning point in your lives.
