Ken could use some more prayers
 
As many of you know my DH has been fighting stage IV lung cancer since August. His last CT scan in January showed the cancer was stable. Since then he had an abnormal blood test showing he may have hypertyroidism. We have tests and endocrinologist visits next week. This morning Ken told me to feel his neck as it felt swollen. I felt 2 enlarged lymph nodes and a 3rd that was just a bit enlarged. I am so scared they are the cancer spreading because he had a swollen lymph node removed in August that showed it was stage 4 lung cancer spread to his neck nodes. The new swollen nodes are on the same side as his primary lung tumor. I am so scared and can't stop crying. I have a call in to his regular doctor but he is booked today and out tomorrow. So I am waiting for him to call and see what we should do.
Any prayers you can say will be so appreciated. I can't tell you how much your support and prayers are needed and appreciated. Thank you so much.

Patti, you and Ken are often in my thoughts and prayers. I'm sending prayers for strength, healing, guidance and peace right now. Please let us know when the doctor calls you back.

Patti, I have had Ken in my prayers since his diagnosis. I will continue to pray for him to be healed and for strength for you.

I am so sorry that Ken is having these scary symptoms. Sending healing and strengthening prayers. May God's healing light shine down on Ken and dissolves these lumps, may Ken gather strength to fight through his obstacles and God please ease Patti's fears and support her with your love during this difficult time. May God's blessings surround you both.

Thanks so much. The doctors nurse left a message saying as long as he doesn't have a temperature to have the ultrasound done as planned on Monday. Then his doctor will go over the results with his oncologist and then see what plan the endocrinologist comes up with. Then they will decide where to go from there. So now we have to just wait and pray. I know I keep saying Thanks and how much you all mean to me but you do.
