Praying for a quick recovery for your DH... |
I am SO amazed and thank you all for your prayers! They ARE being answered, PTL! This morning he still wasn't doing good, but by this afternoon, he got his color back and actually looked just like himself. He was so gray yesterday, it made me think of death. He is still having chest pain that radiates to his shoulder and they say it is not cardiac, but I'm going to call his cardiologist and ask him to stop in and see him. He needs to find out if this pain is normal or not and have his mind put to ease. He still has no appetite, but praying that will come back soon. Though he is still short winded, he has been up walking and I told him when he comes home, I will start taking him to the mall or other places where he can walk and he thought that sounded good. He has a ways to go, but I do think now, that between the antibiotics and the prayers, that he will make it. Thank you so much and thank you Jesus for answering prayer! Big hugs to each and every one of you dear people! |

Connie, thank you for the update. I am so glad to hear that Mr. Connie is doing better. I remember that after my dad had bypass surgery he wound up with a staff infection in his legs (where they "borrowed" veins). He was sicker from the hospital acquired staff than with the bypass. :( It took him a while to recover his appetite as well. More prayers for Mr. Connie and for you. May God bless the both of you and the medical team that is treating him with knowledge, strength, and skill. |

Checking back on DH...so pleased to see he is improving. The strength of prayer is amazing...God is good! Try to get some rest Connie, I know this is hard on you and takes a toll. You can\'t be getting down...take care of yourself too. Bless you both. |
