Prayers for our darling Zoe Our 12 year old "baby" was diagnosed on Thursday with an extremely aggressive cancer in her bladder and kidneys. She is currently at home, and doing well, but we know that it is a matter of weeks before we will lose her. We would love any and all prayers and warm thoughts for our dear Zoe, and for helping us to understand and cope with this devastating loss to come. Regards, Leslee |
I'm so sorry you are going through this. It is devastating to lose a beloved pet under any circumstances, but knowing there is a timeline somehow makes it worse. I hope you can take comfort in knowing that she's had a wonderful life with you. |
Leslee, I'm so sorry to hear your devastating news. You have my prayers and my well wishes for both your family and your darling Zoe. I don't have the words...only that Zoe and your family have been mutually blessed, and she is so lucky to have you help her through the last stages of her well lived life. I truly hope that you are able to find comfort and meaning... Charlene |
I know how upset and scared you are right now. Two years ago I thought my 13 year old Chipper was having routine surgery for bladder stones. The vet removed the stones but noticed an unusual thickening of the bladder wall. The vet did a biopsy and it was found that Chipper had inoperable bladder cancer. I was told that I would only have Chipper for about 6 more weeks and I was devistated. My thoughts and prayers are with you and Zoe. |
Praying for you and Zoe. |
Oh my!! I am so sorry to hear this. I know the little time you have left with her will be hard. Give her lots of love and know we will be praying for you. Barbara & Sophie |
I'm so sorry your precious Zoe is ill. Sending special prayers for your family and Zoe.:hands: |
Prayers and good thoughts to you and your little one. |
Many thanks and blessings! Thank you to all for your prayers and warm thoughts for our dear Zoe. We lost her on October 13, 2010. It has been a very difficult time for all of us, including her little yorkie "sister" who seems so confused by her absence. We are taking comfort knowing that she is now at peace and no longer in any pain. Each and every night since we lost her, she gives us a beautiful sunset as a gentle reminder that she is still thinking of us, and doing well in her new forever home. In time, we may be seeking another "sister" for our Maya, and may be asking for suggested breeders in the MI area. Thank you again for caring! Leslee |
I am so sorry. |
I'm so sorry about your little Zoe. It's not easy losing a pet under any circumstances but watching a pet decline from cancer (I've had three of those) is especially devastating. I'm glad you have Maya to love. |
I'm so sorry for your loss... |
I'm so very sorry. :( |
