Please pray for my husband My husband had a liver/kidney transplant last September and was doing well until we found out that the cancer has returned in different parts of his body. In June the doctors had me setting up hospice because the tumors were growing and he was not well. Well then I had another doctor say no he is to young to die he needs radiation. He went though that and was doing ok but now he is so tried all the time. We are going to the doctors this afternoon and I am so afraid that he is going to put him back in the hospital. Please pray that the doctor can help him and its only something minor that is making him feel so bad. Thank you, Vicki |
Vicki, I am so very sorry that your husband is ill. I will pray "hard" that he is suffering from a minor ailment and the radiation has done it's work. Healing prayers going up for your hubby and prayers for strength going up for you. Please give us an update when you get home from the doctor's office. |

Just got back from the doctors. My husband is going back to the hospital his liver numbers are up and he didn't like that he was all puffy. He thinks he is having a reaction to meds. My husband has been going heavy on the pain pills so maybe thats it. Thanks for everyones prayers we sure do need them. |

Thank you for all the prayers, my husband came home from the hospital today. His legs are so weak he just had a hard time getting up from the chair. The doctor told me today he feels it was medication that caused the high liver numbers and he made some changes. He gave us a little good news too and said a couple of the tumors have gotten a little smaller. He told me he thinks the chemo med and prayer is helping. Please keep him in your prayers he really needs some strength. Thanks again |

Ughhh, I so hate the "C" word...it is a monster! I am so sorry your husband is going through this...it sounds very much like what my dear uncle is going through. He has been through rounds and rounds of chemo (with only one kidney), that made him deathly ill, he has been in and out of the hospital. He is now taking radiation (AGAIN), time will tell. You both are in my prayers, please continue to update. HUGE HUGS to you both!! |
We are going to see the cyberknife doc tomorrow for a followup. I hope she can help because i think it is the meds for seizures that is giving him problems, but nobody wants to do anything when I bring up side effects. The tumor on his head that was putting pressure on his brain looks small and he has no pain in his back where they used cyberknife. I pray we have a good visit and get some answers. Thanks Vicki |
