Your thoughts and prayers needed
 
Last night my niece who is a single mom lost her home to fire. She has two small children 8 year old daughter and a 18 month old son. They lost everything. We are just thankful they were not at home asleep when it happened as it would have trapped them and we possibly would have lost them all. I just would like your prayers and thoughts for her as she has struggled with a dead beat dad and does everything on her own. She does have insurance so the material things will be replaced it is just that she has had so much bad luck in the last year and this I hope does not put her into a deep depression. Thank you all, I know prayers work and she needs all the prayers she can get right now.

Oh my goodness. That is so sad. :( I can't imagine how she must be feeling. I am just so glad noone was hurt. She will be in my prayers.

That is so tragic. They will be in my prayers. Did this happen in Newport? If there is anything I can do for them please PM me. What size clothes do they need? or anything else I can help with? Please PM me.

Thanks so much for all the prayers for my niece. I just want to post an update. They were able to salvage a few things. Luckily her digital camera with lots of baby pics on it was still ok and my little 8 yr old grand-niece had a stuffed dog "Toto" that she sleeps with every nite that was found ok. My niece has moved in with my parents for now and she is handling everything better than I hoped. Everything happens for a reason and we are just glad none of them were hurt. Again thank you all so much for your prayers, another reason I love YT all the loving caring members. You will never know how much your thoughts are appreciated.

Oh Michelle, how tragic! I'm just seeing this. I'm so glad your niece and children are okay. My nieces and nephews are all very dear to me, so I know you are devastated as well. I'm keep you, her and the kids in my prayers. Judy

Thanks Judy, they are doing ok and have moved in with my mom and dad, they are just doing the waiting game with the insurance company now.
