MRI Tomorrow
 
I have been having pain in my foot for over 3 months now, not responding to treatment. I'm having an MRI tomorrow. I'm not afraid of the MRI but am afraid of what it might show. I won't get results for a week or so. Any positive thoughts you can send will be appreciated. I so don't want to have surgery and hope this can be dealt with by less invasive means! Thanks so much.:(

Sending prayers that all goes well with the testing and that whatever he problem is, it can be fixed without having to have surgery.

Just read this, wishing along with the others for results that don't need surgery. Perhaps physical therapy (pt). The wife of my boss, was going to have surgery at the shoulder, the day of the surgery the dr. had to cancel. Interestingly she came across a dr. who advised her to do pt, she didn't think it would work, however IT DID!! God working in mysterious ways :D I hope the same for you :).

MRI was inconclusive for a torn ligament. I have to go back for an MRI arthrogram where they inject dye into the joint before the scan. Joy. Also have bursitis in 2 toes and arthritis in one toe. I hate getting old!
