BTW...I'm in New Tampa so if ever you want to have a play date at the doggie beaches, let me know :)

No I have to work:thumbdown I would love to once Isabella has all her shots... Always great to meet new ppl!!! How old is your yorkie/s?

Mr. Biggs is almost 3 and Capone is just 13 weeks. :)

I live in Miami. My Kissie will be 3 years old next week. I am a crazy yorkie lover. Kissie is my third in 30 years. My first was a male that a friend gave me when he was 6. The second, male also, I bought it puppy in Caracas (Venezuela), After a few years living in Miami, I bought my Kissie, my first female and she is my baby.Attachment 234098

I live in Palm Beach Gardens and took my little guy, Brady, to obedience classes at Pet Smart on Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach. The instructor was excellent and Brady and I learned so much and it has made such a difference. I'm sure you have Pet Smart near you. Lorraine

I'm new to the list, but not new to dogs, yorkies, or most other small animals. I've got 2, one morkie (hate that name) female who is pregnant (due in early September), 10 months, but a good size girl (she's about 7 lbs now, but still a little princess), and a male full yorkie, 9 months (not the father). I'm the mom to my boyfriends yorkie (2 years - he's the dad) who has a great personality and is about 3 lbs. I'm enjoying these babies more than any of the big dogs I've ever had. They love boating and swimming in the ocean, and they are becoming amazing obedient babies. I'm just amazed at how obedient they are and how easy it was to train them.

I live in Pompano Beach, have little or no time to do anything but take care of business, but I just wanted to say hello.

i live on the west coast of fla in punta gorda and think it is a great idea for all of us floridians to get to know each other..I had 3 yorkies but my 2 oldest babies died last year..what a terrible year that was ..but for happier news i still have my little kati..she is 14 years old but doing pretty good for an old gal..i just love this site ..lets keep in touch..karen scarlet..

Hi Florida Yorkie Lovers!

I am a fairly new yorkie mom...my sweet little boy turns 6 months old this month! I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a great groomer in the St Augustine, FL area. I have never had Moose's hair cut and the furry little guy needs a trim..I want to keep his fur in a puppy cut and would love a reference to a good groomer! (You hear such horror stories about what can happen):( Thanks for the help!

Hey :) I'm in Tampa.. I actually know of a ton of events going on this month, as I was looking for halloween events for my boys.. I'll pm you the links of the events.

My name is Adriana and I live in Ft. Lauderdale as well. I am new to YT and was so glad to find a place where I can find answers to all of my Yorkie questions. I would love to network with Yorkie owners in my area. In my short time on YT, I have gotten so much information and support. It has been a blessing!

Joined YT Sun 10/19/08. We have two youner yorkies, Zack around 2 1/2 and Zeke about 1 1/2. Really do not know how old as they are rescues from the yorkie rescue groups in the Melbourne/Satellite Beach area. Our other two yorkies, Harley D (13) and DJ (7 1/2) died a week apart 1/16 and 1/23. Harley from kidney failure and DJ was a liver shunt baby with CRF and "GN" (protein loss) disease. 4 weeks later, 2/27 we had to lay our Annie (15yr 10 mo) shep mix to rest from spinal degenerative disease.

Words cannot express how sorry I am for your losses. What a wonderful person you are to give these little lovebugs a family and a place to call their own. I am sure their time with you was filled with love and happiness and for that they will be forever grateful. Sending you and your family my condolences... :(
