North Carolina Yorkie MeetUp & Halloween Party! Sat, Oct 28th, 1-4pm 1 Attachment(s) :party: Hi, everyone!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, I had my FIRST payday in AGES!! So now I am equipped to make arrangements for our next meetup!! Here's the details: What: NC YORKIE MEETUP and HALLOWEEN PARTY!!! WHERE: (indoors, same place) Lewis Recreation Center, 3110 Forest Lawn Dr, Greensboro, NC (map attached) When: Saturday, October 28th, 1pm to 4pm Cost: $10 per family. (The recreation center is $157 to rent. Any funds available after rental is paid will be donated to Yorkie Rescue.) Please bring your families, your yorkies, and some Halloween snacks to share! (cookies, cupcakes, small things that are easy to pick up after. I will bring beverages and papergoods.) There will be games, prizes, and FUN!! COSTUMES are encouraged for young & old, skin & furry! halloween meetup I think that it sounds like a great idea and my hubby and Bubba and I are going to try our best to make it I have it on my calender I also will be starting Bubba in intermediate classes at Pets Mart 25th of Oct. and I know that there will be three other yorkies there so I will tell them about it too maybe Rocky Mount will be represented in a small way Ha Ha ! Now the hard part getting Bubba to wear a costume he likes the naked theme best!bas1:bravo: :woof: |

i cant wait to get my yorkie im just trying to get my husband to give in i also am still trying to find a breeder its hard i have 2 kids ages 2 and 9 mo they are well behaved but its hard to get people to give you a chance and im always scared to ask breeders if they will sell ne one it seem like all the breeders are far away im looking for one no more than 5 poundsbut have fun at your party wish i could go can people who are looking for yorkies go to yorkie events just to lern more about the breed ? cecilia:confused: |

Fun at the Party!!!! Bubba met a lot of new friends at the meet up this past Saturday 28th and he had the best time! about 20 yorkies just running around barking and playing for about 3 hours !!!! we had a speaker who was really good. Now Bubba has a bunch of new friends ! Monty is from Ashboro, he had a really bad story to tell but he is doing good now. and they are all so cute . contest, so much going on . you really should try to come even if you have a distance to travel - I think a couple came from Texas ! and maybe Canada not sure about that ? but Know from Texas> We all had a great time this was mine and my husbands and of course Bubba's first time but we'll be back !!!bas1 |
I went.. it was great, Glad did a lot of work, getting all ready, she did a fabulous job! Even though Bailey was the student with the Behaviorist woman..:rolleyes: But he needs it,,and I learned alot from her. Thanks Glad..You did good! |

It was a huge blast! Oscar had so much fun...he is STILL sleeping he was so worn out! Glad did such a good job and worked so hard getting ready! The speaker was great too...it was awesome to see her work on the dogs right there and see immediate results! We had such a good time! |
