Looking for a good home for Tiger My dad passed away last month, and I've "inherited" his Yorkie, Tiger. I go back to work next week, and my job keeps me away from home 10 to 12 hours per day, including many weekends. I've had Yorkies before and really wish I could keep him, but for his sake, I need to find him a good home. If any of yall know someone who needs a loving companion, please reply I think Tiger's about 7 years old, seems to be in good health, and I know Dad took him to the vet regularly. I just found this forum today, and thought it would be a good place to start. I'm in Tuscaloosa, AL. Thanks, John |
Bless your heart for seeking a good home for your dad's companion. I suggest posting in the rescue section even though he's not a rescue ...simply because more people will see it. I wish you were cloaser to me. I know an older man who would love to have him. Good luck. |
I'm sorry for your loss. How about the United Yorkie Rescue? They are a wonderful organization? I'm sure they can help. I hope he finds a loving home and everything works out. |
Hope you find a great home for Tiger! |
Could you post a picture of tiger? I'm in Mississippi and have a friend looking for a yorkie to love, she's gotten quite attached to mine. |
Hello, I am currently in the search for a Yorkshire Terrier for my girlfriend and Tiger sounds like the perfect match. I am also in Tuscaloosa and could take very good take of him and even keep taking him to his regular vet. Please call me at 423-284-0003 if he is still available. Thanks! |
