Hello from Newbie Hi everyone, I am picking up a 7 week old Yoranian puppy Friday. Her father is a blond Yorkie and her mother a black Pom. I would like advise from Yoranian owners as how to groom a Yoranian. Do you have to have the hair clipped a certain way? She is all black now, the runt of the litter. Will her coloring change since the father is a blond Yorkie? Any suggestions? I am naming her Precious. Thanks, jars7 |
Welcome to YT. I don't know anything about how she'll look, but I'm sure someone will. Why don't you post some pictures of her. |
Pictures of Yoranian 3 Attachment(s) I only have her first puppy picture from the ad and the 2 pictures I got emailed to me Saturday. I am told that she will probably lose some of her black hair as she gets older. Just wondering what others might know about the coloring changes.Attachment 268722 Attachment 268723 Attachment 268724 |

wow what a combination of parents!! Im interested to see how this pup turns out!:) |
Don't think I've ever seen this combination of parents but keep us posted as she grows and changes. Yorkies change a great deal. Also wanted to say that I love Pommies. We had an orange Pommie, Cassie, (R.I.P.) who was black when she was born. Now we have a white one who is a rescue and am taking care of our daughter's red Pommie. Moxy was abandon out in the country. A friend of our daughter's friend found this Pommie and had her for about 4 months trying to find a home. Moxy is adorable....off standard but has the sweetest personality. No wonder our daughter fell in love with her and wanted her even though she can't have her for another 5 months. Congrats on your new baby. Have fun!!!!!! |
