Cannot clean pm folders out
 
I have not been able to empty my "confirmed messages' folder out for several months. i bet it has over a thousand in it. I cannot even see it. It says 2 confirmed messages then "empty". When I click on the empty, I get this v-bulletin that says I am not authorized to see that page. Is anyone else having this problem? I can empty my other folders just fine. Admin are you around? Thanks

Can you just check the boxes next to each one and click "delete selected"?

Instead of trying to empty them that way, go to your pages that list recieved and/or sent messages. Select all and delete. Once you've deleted them their I believe they disappear from your confirmed page. I just had to do this as my mailbox was full and it seemed to work.

thanks that is what I have been doing but was also having to clean out the confirmed folder at the time. now lately, it always says 'two confirmed" messages and then it says v-bulletin. i use it to keep up with if my pm's have been received or not.

I don't know??? Maybe pm admin. I've done that in the past and they've gotten back to me relatively quickly.

I can't delete mine either - I get this when I try to delete them

yes, I have asked admin about it and they could not help. Before the big upgrade, I have had no problems cleaning those up . . not anymore. :(

hmmmm, either I'm not understanding what you are saying (which is likely knowing me, lol) OR it's working for some and not others. I just cleaned mine out again, no problem...
