i view YT by recent posts, so i scroll through the pages, but how do you get past page 10?????

Very good question!! I was wondering that myself. I know we used to be able to but not sure why we can't anymore.

Been that way since the new Server, alot of times i dont even get that far till it tells me :no matches found when i page forward, then i get to start all over again ....:rolleyes:

I've noticed with the new server we can't do several things we used to be able to do - I tried to find something I posted way back in 2004 and couldn't access any of the threads from that year

Sometimes I can't even get past 2 before it say page cannot be displayed. What's up with that too?? I don't think the new server is any better than the last one, or do we even have a new server? I'm wondering what's happening.

V, I was having this problem to. But if you go into your account and change your preferences, then you will be able to. I'm able to access the beginning of YT again! I think you'll see where it is, if you have trouble, let me know, I'll look for what I did.

The new posts link will only show you the most recent 250 threads (which is 10 pages). The new posts link is like a search query for the most recent 250 threads. For viewing of other threads, you would need to go to each specific forum. That is the way this forum software was designed.

We have been on the new YorkieTalk server since April 24, 2007. All posts, pictures, attachments, PMs, and anything on the YT site have been moved from the old server to this new one. Here is the thread on the server move:

We have not lost any old posts, whether you posted in 2004 or today or anytime in between, your post is still here on YorkieTalk. We do not delete or archive any old threads or posts.

If you're having any "Server not found" errors, that is caused by your particular Internet connection, and not related to YorkieTalk.
