So many of us YT's need help w/ Email Notifications
 
I have posted several cries for help in the "site help" area but no one has been able to help us. So I decided to post here. There are so many post in the "site help" area about all of us that no longer get the email notifications or PM's. Can someone PLEASE help us? We all miss our email notifications and PM's.:hands:

I still haven't gotten email notifications since the new server either.

have you checked your Spam Filters in your email programs and also made sure your USER CP settings are set to allow them ?? I've never used that option but know where the settings are if anyone needs help....

maybe you fix ur settings? check spam box of ur email??:confused: seems very strange ur having that problem...hopefully hwlp will be on the way

am having the same problems . . no notifications to date. Have not changed my profile and it does show that I do want e-mail notifications :(

Me too, I haven't changed anything and I'm still not getting my e-mail notifications. :confused: I do get my PM's though.

ME TOO! I have also posted and haven't heard if it's being worked on or what?? I had not changed my settings, though I have gone through and turned them off, then on again, etc since all else failed...and still nothing. YT is added to my contacts and I have checked my junk mail. I used to get email notifications but not since the new server. And no pm notifications either. Kind of frustrating cause I miss alot. :(

From everyone I have spoke with that is having this problem ....none us have changed our profiles....the emails just stopped for no reason. When I go to "edit"....the "instant email noticication" is checked.

Im not getting mine either, and my settings are right, spam folder is empty
anyway i miss my notifications too email and for pms, i dont get either one anymore.

Well, be careful what you ask for... I finally got my thread subs. and PM notifications... 58 of them! :D So glad it's working again! Thanks whoever did it!!! :)

I'm not getting them for PMs either- not even in my junk mail. I do still get the pop up here when I have a PM so it's not really a problem- I'm on YT way more than I check my email!:p

I have mine set up to receive emails only for PMs. But I haven't gotten them in forever. I'm just not receiving them. They're not in my spam filter or anything.

Has anyone sent Admin a PM about this?

Admin knows about it, I posted about it a few weeks ago and he said they are working on it.
