FYI - I tried to access Paypal from your link this afternoon and when I logged in I got a message that I couldn't do this from the link. I had to shut down YT and go directly to Paypal.

Good news is that I completed the transaction going directly to Paypal and donation went through. Will I receive a confirmation once it is received or is there something else I need to do?

I think maybe ask admin. PM them.

Well, I finally got a couple of decent 5x4 photos of Taffy for you, as you SO KINDLY said you know how to put them on the YorkieTalk web site for me. Bless you! (I'm in my 60's and don't use my husband's new computer...Windows 8 format...it is awful! He has not even figured it all out, and we don't try to send any email photos.)
Anyway, you once sent me a regular post office mailing address which I got on my Kindle web site. I should have copied it right away, but thought it would remain on it for a while....wrong! After a week it was gone..apparently it got cleared off as new emails came in.
So, if you have a p.o. box or address where I can send a money order check then I can get the photos and my donation finally sent to you. I love the YorkieTalk site--the different topics are so varied it is hard to choose! Ha!
Oh, yes, I thought it would be nice to get the 2014 Calendar, too, with the members' own dogs. If that calendar needs a separate money order, just let me know and I can send you the 2 money orders together to help keep the money separated. What is the price of the calendar again? -- $19. or $20.?

Can someone help with showing us how to donate here. I tried Paypal and kept getting an message that the site was not secure, and do I really want to do this. Please help. Can I send a check somewhere to make sure it is received ?

As you can read up above, I contacted the administrator of Yorkie Talk, and asked if I could send a " Money Order" (Much Cheaper to buy at your local US Post Office than at your bank!) to pay my donation and buy the Yorkie-Talk Calendar. ( I don't use Pay Pal for online purchases.)
The head administrator of Yorkie-Talk was very nice; he sent me a P.O. address that I could use. It worked out fine! He was even able to put Taffy's real photo on my site; I sent him 3 pup photos along with my money order. I can't send photos on our computer to do the cute pictures some Yorkie members do!
**True Story about My credit card used for a Credit Thief's purchase:
(With all the security problems with credit card i.d.'s being stolen, and in the news about the 'Target Store's credit card users getting "copied", my hubby is not thrilled with me using "Pay Pal" on the internet. So, I don't use it.)
We now have our credit and cards under Permanent TransUnion Credit Card and Security Monitoring after one Master Card Security Rep. caught a very strange 11:00 p.m. 'New Cell Phone' purchase coming through in My Name two years ago!--The Card Security rep for our M.C. thought it was very strange that I was buying a cell phone so Late at night...after all the "Cell phone Stores " were Closed on the East Coast where we live! The rep traced the 'email address' that came with the cell phone purchase and found that it was a Fake address.
He quickly called us to ask if we had just bought a Cell phone at 11:00, and we said NO, and were obviously upset! But at least the M. Card rep. Caught the Crook in time! He blocked that Bad cell-phone purchase; changed our credit card numbers and sent new cards; changed our pass-word. He advised me to change our passwords yearly!
** Then, the rep had me call one of the 3 big 'credit security companies' and gave me a "code number" to give them and to tell them we had a "definate security breach". (You get 90 days of free monitoring.) Now we are permanent members of their monthly monitoring of all our credit use.
Our MCard company rep told me that. "My identiy facts"were now NO Longer "safe", and that the crook probably had my 'social security number' as well. Great, huh!?
So, we now keep our accounts and credit under permanent monthly watch.
We also talked to our Bank, as the Card rep suggested, to be Sure our Bank Account is monitored, so it isn't cleaned-out via computer transfer! Very scary!
The M.Card rep told me they find an average of 400+ "suspicious charges" every day! The bigger co. rep from TransUnion said they deal with over 4,000+ "credit incidents" per day. (He also said he felt NO Company's Security was Safe, and whenever yo u used a credit card, it could be copied by any savvy identity / credit card thief. Sigh! Very sad things are this bad! I tried to make another donation here, not just because I love this forum, but I am embarrassed to be answer questions about housebreaking, I can't help but jump in. I tried with Paypal, and I am getting an error message. Can you help? Also, we would be happy to support the banner add that appears at the top of the page, only if this forum would receive the funding

Does it have to be over $25 in USD for the fun perks of having a bigger avatar? Just asking because the Canadian dollar is getting worse and worse :(

But I just set up my paypal account and would really like to donate regardless :) Absolutely love this site!! It has helped me out so much and I love spending endless hours of following entertaining posts :D

Since an admin hasn't answered, I'll try: I believe the $25 donation is what it takes to be a full donating member. And the little secret about joining is something I think you'll love!
