Whyy are some members BANNED!
 
I have notice on some threads that members have been banned from YT? Why does this happen and does admin do it because they don't like one of their posts?

Could be various reasons...attacking, name calling, baiting. There are rules to this forum as there should be on any forum. :)

If you attack people in a post and get suspended repeatedly you can get banned. I think the most common reason someone gets banned though is they are suspended and they come back on using another ID and Admin catches it. Maybe he will see this post and give you a more thorough explanation

Members can be suspended or banned for breaking YorkieTalk's Guidelines, (http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1996) which apply to every member. Once banned, members are not welcome to come back or use YT.

The vast majority of members cause no problems and will never be suspended nor banned. But we do have to watch the community a bit to make sure that YT is friendly and informative, and not flooded with spam or personal attacks.

Hi, I'm not really sure about why they ban members,
But I know we have a set of rules, and the rules are
not to be broken. Admin set this site up for us to enjoy it.
Sometimes we will have people join just to post fake posts,
made to upset members. Why people would do that, I'm not sure,
I guess they have too much time on thier hands, or they just went to
school to eat their lunch. Whatever the case, here at YT we are all
here for the same reasons, we love Yorkies, and have fun
making new friends. We are here for the good, bad, happy and sad.
Helping people, or making them laugh, this site is for fun. It's not for
making fun of, So I guess that's why members have been banned.
Admin is always quick at helping work problems out. I for one am
very happy I found this site. And I think Admin does an Outstanding
job at keeping this site the best Yorkie Site ever. :2hearts2: :2hearts2: :2hearts2:

Thanks Admin. It is in my nature to be nosey. :) I wish I knew why each individual was banned. I realize You cannot tell me, but I still wonder :confused:
