YT's FB page allows the selling of puppies?! 1 Attachment(s) If YT doesn't allow the selling of pups other than under the strict YT guidelines, why is it allowed on the FB page? https://www.facebook.com/groups/2402081088/ Attachment 403223 |
I dont know....I did not even know YT HAD a FB page! But I did read some of the posts and was amazed to see the post about that itsy bitsy little yorkie, Mini something or another....I think that is the one that was on the YT site and the owner has lost several tiny Yorkies, and she buys another tiny to replace it....there was some confusion about donations people from here, made for her last little dogs emergency surgery/illness, and where those donations went....? Am I understanding correctly, as it seems someone on there is implying another collection has been set up by this same person....the poster says she has "investigated" the owner/trainer of this little dog, and she proposes the owner may have Downs Syndrome since she never appears in any of the videos with the tiny dog, and that tiny little "circus trained" Yorkie is a therapy dog!!??? Am I understanding what is being posted there, correctly? Is that owner collecting money again, which she apparently is "donating to charity"??? If this is indeed the same owner that was on YT with her micro mini Yorkie that she trains to do everything but install swimming pools? Are people thinking she is disabled, possibly with Down's Syndrome, and sets up collection funds to donate to charity? |
I did some more "clicking around" and she is involved with a legit charity apparently, in California that donates tons of things to homeless children...the charity is NOT something she has set up, it is a charity that has been operating for 25 years, so that is excellent! I was so afraid that adorable little yorkie was being used somehow, to collect money for questionable reasons....glad to see that is apparently NOT the case! |
The dog you are speaking of is Misa. Her owner Cess does not have down's syndrome. She claimed to have an eye diesease which would cause her to go blind if she didn't get surgery. She raised $15,900. Prior to that, she begged people to help her pay for Lilo's vet bill, which was over $4000. She said she couldn't pay it bc she was a poor college student. Less than two months later, she purchased Misa. No one knows who the breeder is. Prior to that, she had three other young pups die. She just said congential diseases, never specified. Cess is making money off Misa, that's for sure. Where did you read she had Down's? That's not true. Cess appeared in the Inside Edition episode on how to make money off your pet. That is the only vid I know of that she shows her face. |

https://www.facebook.com/me.so.mini....80551441979181 It looks like the video is no longer available but the story it there if you search for it. Some Pets Make Big Money For Their Owners - News from InsideEdition.com The owner of a little Yorkie sure hopes so. She's taught six-month-old Misa to play patty cake and now Misa has almost a quarter million views on YouTube. Misa is barely bigger than a can of soup and now she has a new trick, pushing a miniature grocery cart. Misa’s owner said, “We're trying to get her an agent right now.” INSIDE EDITION was with Misa and her owner as they met with famed dog trainer Joel Norton of Hollywood Paws, a pet talent agency. Norton trained Misa to hit her "marks" on a block, the first step in transitioning from YouTube to acting in films or commercials. Norton said, “Its how we get dogs to stand next to products or actors or anything else.” The agent says Msa could be making six figures in no time. So who knows, your pet might just bring home a lot of dough. |

This is what I found Airdate: 04/30/2013 So, you're probably wondering can your pet make you rich? The owner of a little Yorkie sure hopes so. Not being snide when I write this, but, this is a "Rags to Riches" story, I am just hoping this little dog gets quality time from the owner and lots of warm hugs and love. |
3 Attachment(s) I have photos of Cess. I used to belong to the same meetup.com group as her. Attachment 403239 Attachment 403240 Attachment 403241 |
Clearly you can see the skateboard, the same dress, her leather jacket, and patty cake game. |
Thanks for the photos |
I also found a video of her and misa on Good Morning America. She was in some smartest dog competition and she won. https://gma.yahoo.com/video/dog-vs-d...144301075.html |
Thanks for the video, such a sweet lil dog. |
So the yorkie talk facebook page is not part of this forum correct? |

It doesn't look like it. If you search YorkieTalk on Facebook there is a page for the forum, but nobody uses it. |
