Pop up ads
 
Is anyone else having problems with pop up ads on YT when using an iPad or iPhone? It's something new and only happening to me with this site. It gets so bad thati can't close them out and have to shut YT down just to get to a new thread.

Not having the issue from my Android phone so it must be a Apple problem.

Have you tried clearing the cache?

I am hating them!! One pops up every 15 seconds on my iPad.

I've tried clearing the cache without success. I already have my pop up blocker activated. The only thing that seems to help is disabling java script, but that limits the functionality of the reply screen.

Ugh. I don't remember having this problem n the past, but it's made the site virtually unusable.

It has more to do with the settings of you computers than the site you visit. I use the pop up blocker, but I notice when I click on a picture lately, it takes a long time for the picture to enlarge and I think it's because it's my computer trying to figure out if it's a pop up ad.

It's only on my iPad and phone, the computers work fine. The ads are annoying, but it's more frustrating when the pages get frozen.

I checked out my iPad and I'm not getting them. There just doesn't seem to be any solutions besides turning your pop up blocker on and clearing cookies. I see it gives an option for Private browsing, but you'd have to sign in each time and I don't know if that would work anyway.
