I have been having problems for several weeks with pm's. I genuinely believe that it is part my computer and part YT. Sometimes I can't even open my pm's, sometimes I can open one, type out a reply and then it won't send. It is extremely frustrating 'cause I don't want folks to think I am ignoring them. And it always sounds so lame to say "I send a reply but I don't know what happened :(".


Hopefully the new upgrade will help us all.

Ok I was feeling that we had something going and was going to bark at IT but will stop. Yes i just hang. Then I get out and relog in

I'm having problems too, I click on a thread and it takes me to Target. Also, today, everything looks like it's in the middle of the page, as if it were centered. Admin you might want to check out this thread too. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...ml#post3228672

From doing a few diagnoses with members, we have found that some members that use Internet Explorer (IE) are having problems with YT. We do suggest members do a spyware, malware, and virus check if they are using IE and have any loading problems with YT. That could be the problem with slow YT loading times.

We do suggest members use Firefox, Opera, or Chrome as their browser for YT, as they are generally "safer" browsers. We have thoroughly tested YT with these browsers, which are all free.

I've been directed to Target, too. And when I get hung up trying to open a forum or thread, the bottom of the screen shows the site's waiting on a Target ad. ???

Admin, I actually ran all those checks on my home pc last night. Not because of this problem, it's something I try to do weekly. Didn't help - I'm still having problems, and it's only with YT. :confused:

Glad to hear the new server is on it's way!! :D

I have tried everything, including my son's pc that has a different browser. Nothing works. I am sure it will be fixed with the upgrade! :) It always worked just fine in the past.

Having the same issue. Seems to happen less when I'm reading the website in Safari (happens all the time in Explorer).
