I can't get my profile picture to change
 
The little picture that represent you I've been trying to change with no success. It always say upload failed. I've re-sized them to 100x100 pixel to and it still doesn't work any ideas what could be going wrong?:confused:

It needs to be 75X75

I tried again reduced the picture to 75 x 75 pixels and it still says failed I must be doing something wrong. I see the picture after I upload it and I click save changes and that is when it tells me it failed still

Sometimes it says "upload failed" because it uploads it before you even click on "Save changes." Are you sure the upload failed? Unless your avatar is an animated gif, one that has more than one picture, it will usually upload the default size without any problem, the only time it needs to be exactly a certain size, is when you have an animated gif.

I know but it's not the one I want! I wanted the original one but I wanted to see if I could get it a bit bigger since I changed my donating status. BUT, when I went to change it - all he$$ broke loose! Now, when I go back to my same picture (my first avatar) - it says not a valid file. So I'll keep working at it but for now am stuck with this one!

Upload the picture you want to use as your avatar to your album, and I can resize if for you. If you upload a 4 pictures I can make you a moving avatar, where they pictures change. For a donating member, avatars can be 125 pixels across or up and down.
