Someone please tell me.... How do I add attachments, or an avatar on here. Is it impossible? I am trying to get someone to make me an animated avatar and I cannot seem to do anything with my pics on here..I getting kinda frustrated!!! Thanks for the help, the sooner the better, b4 I pull ALL my hair out!!! |
Hi! To add attatchments you go just like you are going to post a reply to a thread and below your message, scroll down to manage attatchments. Then just go to where your pics are and click on the one you want and then click upload. That should do it. To do an avatar you go up at the top where it says user CP and go to edit avatar then click the little bubble that says custom avatar and browse to get the pic from your computer. I hope this is explained easy enough for you ( I am not good with directions...LOL). Hope you figure it out. |
If you are trying to add attachments and have already found the "attachments" button and clicked on it and nothing happens, try using a different browser. That happens to me sometimes and I have to change browsers...don't know why but I imagine it has something to do with the browser settings. |
I was wondering the same thing. Your directions were right on, but it says my pic is too big..how do I make is smaller? Thanks! |
If you're still struggling, the below thread has some advice on how to post pictures. The main thing I struggled with at the beginning was picture size. Avatars must be no bigger than 75x75 pixels. And photos attached to posts have a restriction, too. I usually post 400 x 600 pixel pictures for attachments. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1994 |
I downloaded the ifranview from that thread and that is what I used to resize mine. It is pretty simple. |
